Matsue Leadership & Consulting has partnered with GRC Solutions to provide the Learning Management System (LMS) platform and related support for Matsue IT Leadership programs.
GRC’s Salt® Compliance LMS is an industry-leading Australian e-learning and online training solution that will seamlessly deliver Matsue’s IT leadership programs as they evolve to include instructor-led webinar, self-paced on-demand webinars, asynchronous e-Learning, and blended combinations. Every Matsue student attending scheduled or in-house delivered training modules, whether face-to-face, online or blended will have a course learning record and completion certification created in the Salt® Compliance LMS, accessible by the student in perpetuity.
Salt® Compliance LMS is designed by UX experts and constantly updated, with an intuitive friendly user interface that will make our student clients online learning a dream. Salt® Compliance LMS provides Matsue clients with the assurance of industry-leading digital security and data protection.
The Salt® Compliance LMS will also track continuing professional development points for completed Matsue training, as required by the many professional bodies and industry associations our clients belong to.
Matsue Leadership & Consulting has partnered with Credly (a Pearson company), a leading global digital Credential service provider, as our Digital Credential partner. The Matsue IT Leadership Professional Development Program Masterclass and each of the program modules qualify for the issue of Digital Credentials.
At the completion of each IT Leadership Professional Development module, each student will have a Digital Credential raised by Matsue on the Credly platform. The student will be issued a perpetual Credly account, enabling long-term access to their Digital Badge and Digital Certificate for the course. Digital credentials eliminate limitations associated with traditional paper-based certifications.
Digital credentials are created from the Salt® Compliance LMS master record and provide independently verified proof of a student’s competency and skills. They’re the online replacement for paper-based certificates and transcripts. Unlike traditional certificates, digital credentials are meta-data-rich and are easy to access and share. They can be linked directly to most Professional Associations, for example the Australian Computer Society Member Record, and to LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
Digital credentials provide instant, reliable verifiability of someone's credentials, for example, for the Recognition of Prior Learning by Academic institutions, and qualification verification by recruiters and employers.
