Founder, Director, IT Leadership Mentor & Coach

Stephen Dunkerley is a highly experienced senior executive, business consultant and leadership thought leader. Stephen’s career journey commenced as an Army Officer, followed by 30 years in leadership roles, most at the executive table:  Technology Program Manager, CTO, Group CIO, COO and CFO.

Stephen has led the implementation of corporate Graduate, and Professional Development programs, in particular initiating these for IT professionals. Stephen’s dedication as a leadership coach and mentor lies in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. He is an Australian Computer Society accredited mentor, a Patrick Lencioni licenced facilitator, and an impassioned practitioner of the servant-leader philosophy devoted to nurturing the next generation of IT executive leaders.

Stephen holds a Master of Management Economics (Finance & Econometrics) from UNSW; a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Business Systems) with Distinction from RMIT; is an AIPM Certified Master Project Director; and a graduate of both the St James Ethics Centre and JMW senior executive development programs.
